1. Delivery Terms

The price of the goods is based on the delivery term “ex works, seller’s warehouse, without packaging.” Unless otherwise agreed, the seller will arrange the delivery of the goods at the buyer’s expense.

2. Invoicing and Handling Fee

An invoicing and handling fee of 5€ per invoice will be charged.

3. Packaging

Goods are delivered in the factory packaging available at the seller’s warehouse. Any additional packaging and handling costs will be charged based on actual incurred costs.

4. Late Payment Interest

Interest on late payments will be charged in accordance with the Interest Act.

5. Other Terms

General Terms of Sale from The Association of Finnish Technical Traders shall apply.
