FPU D19 Diesel hydraulic power unit

The FPU D19 is a high-quality 19kW hydraulic power unit designed to provide reliable and efficient operation in a variety of applications. Our power unit is housed inside a steel protective lifting frame, with side panels and a top cover made from aluminum for added durability. The unit is powder-coated using a corrosion-resistant painting method, ensuring that it will hold up well in even the harshest environments.

The power unit is designed for easy mobility, with integrated wheels and a handle for easy movement. The front support and wheels can also be easily removed for stationary installation or for pallet transportation. The unit is equipped with an electric starter and a 12 V 24 Ah battery for convenient operation. It also features a temperature-controlled hydraulic oil cooler to ensure optimal performance.

The power unit is equipped with a Danfoss PVG32 proportional valve (std 2 circuits), allowing for simultaneous operation of two hydraulic circuits. This makes it an ideal choice for applications that require the use of multiple hydraulic tools. The unit also features easy access to maintenance parts, making it simple to keep it running smoothly.

The control panel of the power unit includes signal lights for running, oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery recharge, hydraulic oil level/temperature, and air filter obstruction. It also includes an engine running hours meter, as well as automatic stop functions in case of low oil pressure, high engine temperature, low hydraulic oil level, or high hydraulic oil temperature. Visual indicators of diesel fuel and hydraulic oil level are also included, making it easy to monitor the status of the unit at a glance.

FPU D56 Diesel hydraulic power unit

The FPU D56 is a larger and more powerful diesel hydraulic power unit, which provides 55.4 kW of power. The FPU D56 is housed inside a steel protective lifting frame, with side panels and a top cover made from aluminum for added durability. The unit is powder-coated using a corrosion-resistant painting method, ensuring that it will hold up well in even the harshest environments.

The FPU D56 is equipped with an electric starter and a 12 V 110 Ah battery for convenient operation. It also features a temperature-controlled hydraulic oil cooler to ensure optimal performance. The unit is equipped with a Danfoss PVG 100/32 proportional valve (std 3 circuits), allowing for simultaneous operation of all hydraulic circuits. This makes it an ideal choice for applications that require the use of multiple hydraulic tools. The unit also features easy access to maintenance parts, making it simple to keep it running smoothly.

The control panel of the FPU D56 includes a digital display that shows engine rpm, coolant temperature, engine torque, engine running hours, and service hours.
